The apps are examine and scored by committees of volunteers who utilize a “blind” evaluate procedure and make tips to CFNIL’s Board of Trustees. Fall scholarship recipients are introduced by March one, Winter by May one, and Spring by June one, and recipients, donors, reviewers, and supporters are invited to an annual Scholarship Award Night
